Once you buy the WTI Credits, you will be able to activate WTI Advertising Products which are also listed in this page. We offer a series of services but you will mostly be interested at Tradeshow Listing and Product Listing. To get your company listed at a Tradeshow Listing, first buy WTI Credits (any WTI Credit packages you see fit, packages could be bought multiple times or combined in any way). Once you have WTI Credits, you will be able to activate and use your WTI Credits from this page. For example, once you have the WTI Credits, you can activate the Tradeshow Listing perk from this page. You can buy this perk multiple times; each purchase allows you to add your Company as a Related Company to another relevant Tradeshow.
When your Company is listed in relation to a Tradeshow at WTI, you gain the opportunity to reach prospective clients, buyers and leads who are looking for Companies and Products in that specific Tradeshow, this is a reasonable way to gain visibility and position your Company. Our primary service is called Tradeshow Listing. Once you add your Company to a Tradeshow via the Tradeshow Listing service, prospective buyers looking at that Tradeshow Exhibitors and Related Companies could also discover and learn about your Company.

The Tradeshow Listing service adds your company as a Related Company to an existing Tradeshow Index and provides visibility for your Company, lets your brand and products to be discovered and allows you to reach prospective clients. We shall however note that, your Company must be relevant to the Tradeshow for which you wish to be listed as a Related Company. When you order the Tradeshow Listing service, your Company will be displayed as a related result for the Tradeshow you choose. You can buy this service multiple times to have your Company displayed at many Tradeshows, indeed many companies will wish to get indexed at multiple related Tradeshows.

How to Use Tradeshow Listing Service?
① Go to "My Tradeshows" section at your Control Panel.
② Click on "Add New Tradeshow Listing" button, a new page will open.
③ Choose the "Tradeshow" for which you wish to get listed at, please only choose Tradeshows that are relevant to your industry.
④ You will be added to the "Tradeshow" as a Related Company, and your Company will be visible to visitors who are browsing the Tradeshow.
⑤ Repeat Steps 1 to 3 if you wish to add your Company to multiple Tradeshows.
⑥ Tradeshow Listing service newer expires, there are no maintainance costs.
Good to Know: You do not need to buy Tradeshow Listing service for Tradeshows at which you are officially and physically exhibiting, if you exhibited in a Tradeshow, you can send us a scan of your Exhibitor badge together with a photo of your booth and we will add you to all the Tradeshows you have joined free of charge. That being said, It is a good idea to have your Company listed as Related Companies for several Tradeshows that are relevant to your industry and niche. You can find the list of related Tradeshows by performing a search query for your industry keywords from any page, you might want to add your Company to all relevant Tradeshows.
Company Profile
Once you get listed in a Tradeshow as an Exhibitor or Related Company, you will want to create a Company Profile at World Tradeshow Index. Your WTI Company Profile allows you to provide information about your Company to the prospective buyers and clients who are checking the Tradeshow Exhibitors and Related Companies. You get Company Profile service free of charge when you purchase any amount of WTI Credits. Your Company Profile will be displayed: 1) When people search for relevant keywords at WTI, 2) When people check a Tradeshow in which you are listed as an Exhibitor or Related Company, 3) When people check your Company Profile page that we create for you 4) When people check for your Competitors (Competitors are other Companies which have taken part in the same Tradeshows which you are listed as an Exhibitor or Related Company). When you create or update your Company Profile, we will ask you to provide a Corporate Image (600 x 400 pixels – 72 dpi Jpeg File, can be your logo on complete white or black background, a photo of your factor or flagship store, or an image of your most popular product), a small accompanying text (140 Characters Maximum) as well as a Website Link (URL). The Website Link can be a link to your webpage where prospective clients can buy, get a price quote or inquire about your Products or Learn More about your Company.
Buy & Activate Company Profile Service
① Ensure you have WTI Credits, Buy WTI Credits from this page if you have not done so already.
② When you buy any amount of WTI Credits, the service is automatically enabled.
③ The Service will be accessible from "My Company Profile" section at your Control Panel.
How to Use Company Profile Service?
① Go to "My Company Profile" section at your Control Panel.
② Click on "Edit / Update Profile" button, a new page will open.
③ You can now upload a Company image, provide Company details and you can also provide a link.
④ Once you save the changes, you will be taken to your Company Profile page to see how it looks to other visitors.
⑤ The Company Profile will never expire, there are no costs of maintaining a profile once it is made.
Direct Link
When visitors click to your Company Profile, for example when they check a Tradeshow's Exhibitors or Related Companies, or when they see your Company displayed at Search Results, the Direct Link service creates a pop-up to your website and it also opens your Company Profile page at the same time (Normally, without this service, when a Company name is clicked, the visitor is directed to the Company Profile, with this service, the visitor is also directed to your own website). This service could potentially be relevant for Companies who use retargeting practices for display advertising, and could be relevant for driving valuable leads directly to your website where they could get a better experience and chance to discover your brand, your products and offerings.
Buy & Activate Direct Link Service
① Ensure you have WTI Credits, Buy WTI Credits from this page if you have not done so already.
② Click on Direct Link Service from the list of services, your WTI Credits will be deducted, the service will be passively activated and in effect for 1 year.
③ The Service will be noted at "My Services" section at your Control Panel.
How to Use Direct Link Service?
① This is a passive service that does not need your interaction, but it pre-requires you to provide a link to your website.
② If you did not provide a link earlier, Go to "My Company Profile" section at your Control Panel.
② Click on "Edit / Update Profile" button, a new page will open.
④ Provide your Link and check it to make sure it goes to the right page.
⑤ When a visitor clicks on your profile, they will also be taken to your website.
⑥ The Direct Link service has a 1 year duration, after 1 year, the service will be disabled, it will not auto-renew, you can of course choose to renew it if you wish to continue promotion.
Product Listing
Once you create your Company Profile, you will also wish to add some Products (or Services which we also consider as Products). Products you added will be displayed: 1) When people search for relevant keywords at WTI, 2) When people check a Tradeshow in which you are listed as an Exhibitor or Related Company, 3) When people check your Company Profile, 4) When people check for your Competitors (Competitors are other Companies which have taken part in the same Tradeshows which you are listed as an Exhibitor or Related Company). When you add a Product, we will ask you to provide a Product Image (600 x 400 pixels – 72 dpi Jpeg File), a small accompanying text (140 Characters Maximum) as well as a Product Link (URL). The Product Link can be a link to your webpage where prospective clients can buy, get a price quote or inquire about your Products.
If you wish to add more of your Company Products, you can buy Product Listing service. Normally, for each Company, we will provide three (3) product slots, where Companies can showcase their most popular products or product families. When you buy Product Listing Service, you will get 12 more product slots. You can buy Product Listing service as many times as you wish and the Product slots are permanent; you do not need to pay yearly of monthly fees. It is a reasonably good idea to add as many products as you would afford to add if you would like to maximize your visibility.

How to Use Product Listing Service?
① Go to "My Products " section at your Control Panel.
② Click on "Add Products" button, a new page will open.
③ You will see new Product Slots available, each Product Slots allows you to add one (1) Product.
④ Upload Product Image, enter Product Text and if you wish, add a link where people could learn more about your product.
⑤ Repeat Steps 1 to 3 if you wish to add Multiple Products.
⑥ The Purchased Product Slots never expire.
Remove Competitors
If you wish to ensure that Competitors are not shown when your Company Profile is shown, or if you wish to hide Competitor Products from being displayed as related results to your Company or your Products, you can request and order Remove Competitors service. To be honest, it actually does not hurt to have your Competitors listed at your profile, and we suggest not to use this service unless you really need. Competitor listing actually creates value to overall system by allowing visitors to discover and see new products.

③ The Remove Competitors service has a 1 year duration, after 1 year, the service will be disabled, it will not auto-renew, you can of course choose to renew it if you wish to continue promotion.
Exhibitor Spotlight
The Exhibitor Spotlight service is very straightforward, it enables you to have a different, striking background shown when people check for Related Companies to a tradeshow, when people perform search queries that match your keywords and it also allows your Company name to be displayed before other Related Companies when a Tradeshow List is viewed, but your Company will not be displayed before the Official Exhibitors. If your Company is an Official Exhibitor, in this case, the service will make your Company Profile to be displayed before the other Official Exhibitors.

How to Use Exhibitor Spotlight Service?
① This is a passive service, you do not need to do anything.
② When visitors view Tradeshows, your Company will be listed at the top of Related Companies list and highlighted with a different background.
③ The Exhibitor Spotlight service has a 1 year duration, after 1 year, the service will be disabled, it will not auto-renew, you can of course choose to renew it if you wish to continue promotion.
Keyword Advertising
Keyword Advertising service allows you to gain visibility for specific keywords. When people search for keywords that you sponsor, your Company name or Products will be displayed as sponsored results for the Keyword. This could be an opportunity to reach and target new and further audiences searching for products or services similar to yours.

How to Use Tradeshow Listing Service?
① Go to "My Keywords " section at your Control Panel.
② Click on "Add New Keyword" button, a new page will open.
③ Type the "Keyword" for which you wish to get listed at, please only choose "Keywords" that are relevant to your Company. You can add up to three (3) variants of the keyword, for example different spellings or different names of the Products you offer.
④ You will be added to the "Search" as a Related Company, and your Company will be visible to visitors who are searching the specific "Keyword".
⑤ Repeat Steps 1 to 3 if you wish to add your multiple Keywords to link to your Company.
⑥ The Keyword Advertising service has a 1 year duration, after 1 year, the service will be disabled, it will not auto-renew, you can of course choose to renew it if you wish to continue promotion.
Direct Marketing
Direct Marketing service is great if you wish to advertise your products to a very specific niche, for example let’s imagine you produce a woodworking machine, then you might wish to Direct Market to participants of a Furniture fair. When you order this service, we will relay your email communication to the target audience. We will not provide you their email addresses or contacts and we will also manually confirm the communication you wish to send to ensure a set level of service quality. We limit each email to have up to 250 words and a single link.

How to Use Direct Marketing Service?
① Go to "My Services" section at your Control Panel.
② Click on "Direct Marketing" button, a new page will open.
③ You will be able to create a new email marketing campaign by filling text, providing a call to action link.
④ In the next step, Choose a Tradeshow and you will see list of Exhibitors and Relevant Companies. You can add up to two hundred fifty (250) Exhibitors or Relevant Companies as recipients for each Direct Marketing Service you ordered; if you ordered the service twice, you can send up to five hundred (500) recipients for example and once you send your email, the credits will be marked used.
⑤ Repeat Steps 1 to 4 if you wish to run new direct marketing campaigns.
⑥ Email Credits will remain valid for 10 years upon purchase or until they are spent.
Active Promotion
Active Promotion is a turnkey service where we actively engage in search engine marketing strategies to promote your brand. We will advertise your WTI page at major search engines via paid advertising with a modest budget or we could also buy display advertising to drive traffic to your profile. The results could vary between industries as keyword costs and cost per click values for some industries and niches are very high, while for others not as high. When you order the service, we will determine the keywords and we will create the online ads for the service. The service lasts 1 year, with the budget equally distributed among all days.

How to Use Tradeshow Listing Service?
① Go to "My Services" section at your Control Panel.
② Click on "Active Promotion" button, a new page will open.
③ Create your Active Promotion campaign by filling Headline (25 Characters), Display URL (35 Characters), Description Line 1 (35 Characters), Description Line 2 (35 Characters), and as many keywords as you see fit that is relevant to your Company.
④ When you confirm the campaign, we will create it and run for you for 1 year. If you ordered mutliple campaigns, your budget will increase accordingly.
⑤ The Service will expire within 1 year, and you can re-order it if you wish, we do not renew it automatically.
